Terms of Service

1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Made In Texas Productions LLC.
"Client" refers to the couple or contracting individual.
"Event Date" means the date of services listed on the invoice.
2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide wedding videography and aerial cinematography services as described in the Client's selected package and any written add-ons.
3. Booking & Payment Schedule
A non-refundable Retainer of 50% of quoted cost of services is required to formally secure the Event Date; the remaining balance is due strictly 14 days before the Event Date.
Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash. No personal checks accepted. Failure to pay the remaining balance prior to the event date will result in cancellation without crew deployment and forfeiture of deposit.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Written notice is required for any cancellation. The Retainer is non-refundable. If the Event Date is rescheduled and the Company is available, payments apply to the new date. If the Company is unavailable on the rescheduled date, the agreement is treated as a cancellation.
5. Crew Meals & Working Conditions
The Client shall provide a hot meal and reasonable break time for each videographer for all events exceeding 6 hours of continuous coverage.
6. Creative Control & Revision Policy
The Company retains sole editorial, musical, and artistic discretion. Up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions are included if requested within 14 days of initial delivery. Subsequent or extensive revisions are billed at $75 per hour.
7. Drone Aerial Operations
Drone coverage is subject to weather conditions, venue rules, and FAA Part 107 safety regulations. If high winds, rain, or airspace restrictions prohibit safe flight, drone coverage cannot be guaranteed.
8. Delivery Timeline & Raw Footage Archiving
Estimated turnaround time for 60-second social media trailers is 48–72 hours. Cinematic highlight films and ceremony edits are delivered within 4 to 8 weeks following the event date. Raw footage is retained on secure drives for 6 months post-delivery.
9. Insurance & Governing Law
Made In Texas Productions LLC maintains commercial general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are provided to venues upon request. This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas with jurisdiction in Bexar County, TX.
